Constructed from a sturdy heavy gauge tubular steelThe Westfield Kids canopy bed features two configuration options. The traditional bed frame supports a mattress and box spring. However, The Polytop frame configuration uses just a mattress (no box spring needed), similar to a platform or daybed. An optional Poly Top Pop-up Trundle unit is a great choice when an additional bed is needed, because it allows the second mattress to be raised to the level of the top bed. The Poly Top Pop-up Trundle unit is a premium frame with no bouncy springs - The Polytop lasts 10 times longer than regular link springs, and is more comfortable, too! When adding the pop up trundle, the Polytop frame configuration must be used. Compete your bed with a Sealy Mattress.
